Is my contract legally binding?
Okood creates a documented, timestamped electronic agreement: both parties sign electronically, and every signature and version is recorded, giving you a verifiable record of what was agreed.
Whether a specific contract is enforceable depends on its terms and the circumstances, so Okood is not a substitute for legal advice. What it gives you is a clear, dated record of the agreed terms, deliverables, and responsibilities — which reduces misunderstandings and gives you something solid to point to.
For high-value or complex contracts (over 50,000 AED), we recommend consulting a qualified legal professional.
Can I customize contracts?
Trial and Starter plans use professionally written standard templates for photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators. The Pro plan gives you full access to customize clauses and build contracts from scratch for any type of freelance work.
How do clients access files?
You upload files to a project's delivery section. Clients receive a secure link. They can preview watermarked versions immediately. Full-resolution downloads unlock automatically once you approve their payment.
What if I need to change the contract after sending?
You can freely edit the contract while it's still in draft. Once you've sent it to the client, editing is locked to protect both parties. If changes are needed after sending, you'll create a new version.
How do I get paid?
Okood supports bank transfer payments. The client uploads proof (a transfer receipt or screenshot). You review it and approve. Once approved, the payment is confirmed and files unlock. You handle the actual money. We just track it.
Do you take a cut of my earnings?
No. Never. You keep 100% of what your client pays you. Okood charges only a flat monthly subscription: no commission, no percentage, no hidden fees.
Can I manage multiple clients at once?
