We give photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators the same professional infrastructure that agencies have — clear contracts, documented payments, and controlled file delivery — without the agency overhead. Every project on Okood starts with an agreement both sides can trust and ends with files delivered only when payment is confirmed.

What Okood Does

• Contracts & e-signatures. Professionally written contract templates for creative work, signed electronically with recorded, timestamped signatures. Pro users can customize clauses or build contracts from scratch.
• Payment tracking. Okood tracks bank-transfer payments from request to confirmation. Clients upload proof of transfer, you review and approve, and the record lives with the project. You keep 100% of what you earn — Okood never takes a commission.
• Client portal. Each client gets a secure, personalized portal to review the contract, sign, submit payment proof, and receive files — no account or app download required.
• File delivery. Deliverables are shared as watermarked previews first. Full-resolution downloads unlock automatically once you approve the payment.
